• retail website orders are shipped in two-three business days of receiving, pick up orders are usually ready in 24 hours
• we ship USPS first class mail for single cards, unless otherwise requested, this keeps shipping affordable however, you will not be able to track your order
• all other orders will ship priority mail, tracking will be sent once shipped
• we take great care when shipping. occasionally, packages are
lost or damaged by the carrier. if this happens, please let us know
immediately. although we are not responsible for carrier issues, we will
work with you to replace the damaged goods.
