As you probably know, Black Friday is November 29th, followed by Small Business Saturday, November 30th. This is the time of year many small businesses go from "in the red" financially to "in the black". It's the kickoff to the holiday season and the time of year, us little guys shine! Plus, did you know your dollars go further in your community when you shop local? They do! For every $100 spent locally, $68 stays in your community. That means you're investing in YOUR community, investing in your neighborhood shop, shop owner and employees. Basically, you're our hero when you shop local!

We've been stocking up for the holiday season since July, adding some special gift items, and festive holiday goods and decor. Oh! And for everyone who's asked if we have gift bags, we do! We even brought in some amazing Santa gift sacks that can be customized with a name. They're so cute and sure to make Christmas morning even more magical. As always, we'll have all our Handcrafted Letterpress Greeting Cards available. Plus we have lots of goodies from other companies we sell that aren't on our website; Journals, Stationery, Wax Seals, Planners, Calendars, Ornaments, Desk Goods and Specialty Pens, perfect for gift giving or receiving. As always, we're offering our vintage gift wrap by the yard, some of the wrap we have was originally used decades ago at the iconic State Street Marshall Fields. That's right, a little piece of Chicago History could be on all your gifts this season. To compliment our gift wrap we're selling ribbon by the yard to help make your packages perfect!
