best hidden gem of Albany Park, North Park and Irving Park

North River Commission and Albany Park Chamber of Commerce host Community Choice Awards annually. North River Commission represents Albany Park, North Park and Irving Park neighborhoods, all nominees were from these three neighborhoods. This year we were nominated for two categories - Best Hidden Gem and Best Retail. The award ceremony was held on Thursday, February 26th and I wasn't able to attend due to vacation. Thankfully my friend Myriam from Him + Her Vintage went and took video of our category. We won! We were awarded Best Hidden Gem thanks to YOU! And all the other voters. Myriam gracious accepted our award for us and shortly after won her own for Best Event or Party Venue. I'm honored to be considered Best Hidden Gem.
