a.nalog call for volunteers

We're in need of some volunteers for our first a.nalog market.

11am-5pm
2nd floor of 4432 N Kedzie Ave, Chicago
Below is a list of time slots and a brief description of tasks. If interested, please fill out the volunteer form. 
• 8:15-12:15 vendor load in & line management
   We're looking for 3 strong helpers willing to help vendors unload their cars and carry their wares upstairs
   to their booths. These helpers will also help keep the attendee line away from our neighbors doorways,
   answer question and count attendees with a counter. 
• 10:30-2:30 line management & vendor assistance
   We need 2 volunteers to keep the attendee line away from our neighbors doorways, answer question and
   count attendees with a counter.
 These helpers will also be checking on vendors, offering to cover their
   booth if they need a quick break. 
• 11:00-3:00 afd crowd management
   We need 1 volunteer to help limit quantity of shoppers in a. favorite design, answer question and
   count shoppers with a counter.
 
• 1
:00-5:00 line management & vendor assistance
   We need 2 volunteers to keep the attendee line away from our neighbors doorways, answer question and
   count attendees with a counter.
 These helpers will also be checking on vendors, offering to cover their
   booth if they need a quick break. 
• 
3:00-6:30 a. favorite design crowd management, vendor load out, clean up 
   We're looking for 2 strong helpers willing to help vendors carry their wares downstairs to the curb and help
   clean up the space after the show. Beforehand, 1 of those volunteers to help limit quantity of shoppers in
   a. favorite design and count shoppers with a counter.
